Why should I order my medication samples online?
Physicians that order samples online appreciate the convenience of accessing prescription drugs. Order samples as needed, when convenient for you. Four in five physicians surveyed expressed strong interest in ordering medication samples online.

Who within the practice can order samples online?
Only qualified physicians can sign to receive medication samples (using smart fax forms printed through this service or XpressSign® where available).

What is the cost of the service?
There is no cost to the physician to order or receive medication samples.

What samples are available to me?
To find out what samples are available, simply sign in to your account. Available samples are displayed in your personal Sample Center.

How will I be notified when additional samples are available to me?
You will be notified whenever new samples are available to you at the e-mail address you provide when you activate your account.

What if a BI product sample I need is not available via this service?
New BI sample brands may be periodically added to this service. If you have interest in a specific product, please contact Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. at 1-800-243-0127.

What is XpressSign® and why should I enroll to use it if I'm eligible?
XpressSign is a unique and powerful service that allows physicians to electronically sign and submit medication sample orders (without a physical signature or fax form). XpressSign saves time and paper in the sample order process. When enrolling to use XpressSign, you will be asked for certain information to verify your identity and
establish a separate password specific to the XpressSign service (for security purposes). XpressSign is not available for all medication samples.

How long will it take for samples to arrive?
Medication samples typically arrive via Fedex, within 4 to 6 business days of your order.

What if I need information about Boehringer Ingelheim and offered products?

What other kinds of communications can I expect to receive associated with this service?
The Boehringer Ingelheim Sample Center uses the e-mail address you supply when activating your account only
for the purpose of providing confirmations that you have completed your account activation or order successfully, and for notifying you when new samples are available. Your e-mail address and associated information will not be used for any purpose other than providing this service to you.

What if I want to discontinue my participation in the online sampling service?
You may de-activate your account at any time by using the Customer Support link on the Boehringer
Ingelheim Samples Center website, or by calling our toll-free customer support hotline at 866-633-7267.
